Mari-Jo has been walking my 6-year-old pug, Bugsy, for about 6 months. She is professional, punctual, personable, and Bugsy loves her! When I mention to him that “Mari-Jo is coming today”, he gets all excited and starts barking.
Most importantly, she is very attentive and leaves a detailed description of the walk. Just recently, she mentioned that Bugsy’s urine output was decreased. Bugsy had surgery in the summer for a urinary blockage, so he is prone to urine blockages which can be a life-threatening situation. Based on Mari-Jo’s observation, I took him to the vet and had a urinalysis performed. Sure enough, he had a urinary infection and was in the beginning stages of being blocked. Mari-Jo’s comment about Bugsy’s urine output could very well have saved his life! I am so thankful to her because of this.
All in all, I can’t say enough great things about the care Mari-Jo gives Bugsy. It gives me great peace of mind to know that someone so caring is taking care of my dog.
